Order received
Once your store is authorized, new orders enter the system with address, items and buyer notes already in place. Nothing to copy and paste.
Orders come in. Inventory, tracking and exceptions go back out.
Nine of the platforms our sellers run on. One process for all of them: authorize, map, send a test order.
More platforms join the same process over time. Not on the list? Send us your store link and we will scope the connection.
From checkout to doorstep, every step is recorded in the system and visible in your own store.

Stock levels stay in sync to prevent overselling. SKUs in production are reserved ahead of time, so holiday peaks do not run dry.
On dispatch, the tracking number is written straight back to the order. Buyers check delivery on your own order page.
Pickup, transit, out for delivery, delivered — each event is pushed back. Exceptions are flagged, not left for someone to spot.
No development, no downtime. Run one order first, then scale once it checks out.
For Shopify, approve the app from your admin. For WooCommerce, generate a REST API key and paste it in. We never ask for your admin password.
~3 minutesMatch SKUs, warehouses, carrier channels and shipping profiles. SKU naming does not have to be clean — a mapping table handles it.
~10 minutesShip one real order, check the dispatch time and the tracking write-back, then start taking volume.
1 orderAutomation covers the normal case. What customers remember is the exception. Here is how we handle the four most common ones.
If a factory runs out after the order is placed, we come back with an alternative first — same product in another variant, a close substitute, or a cancellation and refund under your own rules. Not on the dispatch date.
Before dispatch, we change it and reprint the label. After dispatch, we request a redirect with the carrier; if that fails, the parcel comes back and ships again. Extra freight follows whoever caused it.
Orders sourced from several factories split by warehouse, each with its own tracking number. Freight rules are fixed at onboarding and do not change mid-stream.
We open the carrier claim on your tracking number. Once responsibility is confirmed, we reship or refund at no cost — you do not argue with the courier.
The six questions we hear most before a store goes live.
Usually under half an hour, with no downtime. Existing orders keep moving during setup; new orders start syncing the moment the store is connected.
Yes. One account can hold several stores, with orders and inventory managed separately per store.
Store inventory follows the available quantity we push back. When a SKU runs short, stock is reserved first and you are notified, so we avoid selling what cannot ship.
Send us the store link and we will scope it. Most platforms expose an API and can be connected; those without one use the spreadsheet import, same process.
At the outbound scan. Buyers see the tracking trail inside your own store's order page, without logging into another dashboard.
That is the recommended way. Connect one store, run one order, check the timing and the tracking, then scale.
Send us your store link. We will look at the connection path first, then quote a price.
